West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 60 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure over the northern
waters will track slowly E and NE across the waters tonight into
Tue while gradually strengthening. The low will then push E and 
SE of the area Tue night through Wed night. High pressure will 
build along the coast and inner portions Mon night into Tue, 
shift to the S waters Tue and Tue night, then move S and SE of 
the area Wed. Another low pressure and cold front will approach 
the coast later Wed, then move offshore Wed night. The low will 
track NE across the central and N portions Thu, clearing N of the
area Thu night. The cold front will push S and E across the
waters Fri and clear E and S of the area Fri night while high
pressure builds in behind the front.
