Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure will 
move up the coast from S of the waters to the inner Oregon waters
by this morning before dissipating this afternoon near the 
Oregon and Washington border. Another stronger low will approach 
the southern waters tonight and stall near or over the southern
waters through Thu night bringing enhanced winds and seas to the 
southern half of the waters. The low will begin to weaken and 
move E towards the southern Oregon coast Fri into Fri night as 
high pressure begins to move in from the W. The high will remain 
over the waters Sat into Sun night as cold front will begin 
entering the N waters on Sat night moving E at a gradual pace Sun
into Sun night.
