.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough will
continue over the Washington and Oregon waters tonight into Tue
before diminishing Tue night. A portion of the trough will remain
along the coast of Vancouver Island Wed into Wed night. High
pressure will rebuild over the area Wed night and Thu, then shift
inland Thu night. Another cold front will cross the region Thu
night into Fri. High pressure will build behind the front Fri
night through Sat night.
