.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure over
the region will slowly weaken today into tonight while shifting 
to the far NW waters. A low pressure trough along the Oregon 
coast will expand N to the Washington coast today and persist
through Sun. Weak low pressure will develop over the far SE
portion Sun, move NW across the waters later Sun into Mon, then 
dissipate Mon night. A weakening cold front will approach from
the SW Tue into Tue night. A high pressure ridge will develop 
over the waters late Tue night and persist through Wed night.
