.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will 
persist SW of the waters tonight and briefly builds over the 
waters tonight into Thu then becomes weaker before a warm front 
lifts E and NE through the area later Thu and Thu night. A cold 
front will quickly move E and SE over the waters Fri and then S 
of the area Fri night. High pressure will build in from the W 
behind the front Fri night through Sun. The area of high pressure
will move E of the waters Sun night as a warm front crosses the 
waters followed by a cold front moving E and SE over the area Mon
then out of the area by Mon night.

.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...An area of strong high 
pressure will persist W and NW of the N and central waters  
tonight into Thu, then become centered further S to the W of the
central and S waters by Thu night and Fri. A cold front will 
approach from the NW Fri night and move S over the N and central 
waters Fri night and Sat before dissipating. A coastal trough 
along the coast will persist through early Fri night and then 
weaken and disspate by early Sat, then redevelop along the entire
coast later Sat through Sun night then persist into Mon night. 
The area of high pressure will build back in from the W and NW 
later Sat and Sat night in across the N and central areas through
early Mon and slowly weaken later Mon and Mon night.
