from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.
Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Strong high pressure will settle
offshore just N of the area today, and then likely shift NE
tonight into Tue. Low pressure will form across the far SW
portions tonight and early Tue, then track slowly E and NE across
the southern waters late Tue and Tue night before shifting E of
the area Wed. Another low pressure area will move offshore and
pass N of the area Tue into Tue night, pulling a weak cold front
SE into the waters. The low will slow and strengthen to the NE
and E of the waters Wed and Wed night before tracking E away from
the area Thu and Thu night. Weak low pressure or a low pressure
trough will develop across the S waters Fri, before drifting W
toward the coast Fri night as another high builds to the NW of
the waters over the northern Mid-Atlantic and New England states.
