West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure will persist over
the waters tonight and then weaken early Thu. A cold front will
move SE over the N and central portions late Thu before stalling
across the S waters Thu night. High pressure will build E over
the N waters Fri into Fri night. The front and developing low
pressure will begin to move back to the N over the S and central
waters late Fri into Fri night, then continue moving NE into the
N waters Sat and then E of the area Sat night. Another low will
develop over the S waters Sun night while a cold front moves SE
across the northern waters. The low will track E across the
southern waters Mon and Mon night while high pressure builds over
the northern waters.
