from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.
Conditions given represent the highest within that period.
Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...High pressure over the outer
waters this evening will shift E of the region tonight. A strong
cold front will cross the waters tonight into Thu night. Another
high will build E over the region Thu night, then shift E of the
area Fri through Sat while maintaining a ridge across the S
waters. A weak low pressure trough will form along the SE coast
Thu night, then weaken Fri. Another cold front will move SE
across the area Sat, and stall over the central waters Sat night.
The front will then lift N as a warm front Sun into Sun night,
before a cold front moves over the area Sun night into Mon night.
