.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A low off the SE coast will track

The low will then move NE of the area later tonight through Tue
night while rapidly intensifying. High pressure dominating the N
waters will move E of the area today. Another high will build E
towards the region late Tue and Tue night following the
developing low pressure area. This high will weaken over the N

mid-Atlantic coast by Wed evening. The strong cold front will
cross the waters Wed night into Thu as the high weakens while
drifting S of the area. The front will pass E and S of the waters
late Thu. The next high pressure area will build E off the coast
