.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A slow-moving cold front off of
the North Carolina coast will shift slightly S overnight and Sat
as high pressure increases over the N waters. The front should
become nearly stationary Sat, and low pressure centers will move
along the front. One low should develop more well offshore of the
Delmarva peninsula Sat night and Sun. This low will gradually
move Sun and Sun night, moving N of the waters Mon. Behind the
low, a weak front over the far S waters will slowly start to move
N as a warm front Mon night and continue through Tue night around
the W end of high pressure. The warm front should move N of the
waters Wed as weak low pressure approaches the mid-Atlantic
coast from the W Wed night. Chesapeake NAVTEX continues to be
reported inoperable. Technicians are aware. We apologize for the
inconvenience.
