Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Strong low pressure just off of
the Maine coast early today will drift NE and E and gradually
weaken well to the N of the waters later today into Sun. A weak
low pressure area just off of the Virginia Capes early this
morning will track E and NE and pull an associated cold front
across the region today. The low will pass E and NE of the area
tonight with the trailing cold front beginning to stall over the
S waters. The stalled front will remain over the S waters Sat
into Sun night, as a series of low pressure troughs move E and SE
over the northern waters. High pressure will build E and SE
toward the area Mon with the stalled front drifting S of the
waters. High pressure will overspread most of the waters Mon
night into Tue as the front stalls just S of the area. The high
will shift E toward the outer waters Tue night with the front
just S of the area beginning to slowly return N as a warm front.
