from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.
Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A series of low pressure troughs
will move E across the northern and central waters tonight as
high pressure builds over the S portion. A developing low will
form off the SE coast later Sun, and track NE while strengthening
across the area Sun night into Mon night. The low will then move
well NE of the area Tue and Tue night while continuing to
strengthen. Another high pressure area will build E into the
northern waters Sun into Sun night, then move E of the area Mon.
Yet another high will build E towards the region Tue and Tue
night. The high will weaken over the N and central portions Wed,
as a strong cold front approaches the mid-Atlantic coast early
Wed night. The strong cold front will cross the waters late Wed
night into Thu. High pressure will build E toward the coast late
Thu, and move E over the region Thu night.
